User chats, usage and credits
Read the conversations your users had with the Product Agent, teach Pluno from a chat that went wrong, and follow how many credits your workspace uses.
Once the Product Agent is live, these pages show you how it is being used. You need the Admin role for all of them.
Read your users' chats#
In the Product Agent, open User chats. Chats are listed with the most recent activity first.
Each entry shows who the user is, when they were last active, their first message, the page they were on and the number of messages. If you send user details from your server, you also see labels such as the user's plan or role.
To find a chat, type in Search users or metadata. The search covers the user's name, email and ID, their labels, the page and the domain. It does not search the text of messages.
Open a chat#
A chat shows:
- The conversation, with the page the user was on for each message.
- Tool activity, a list of the actions Pluno took. Open it to see what Pluno actually did in your product.
- User metadata, everything your server sent about the user.
Teach Pluno from a chat#
When Pluno got something wrong, correct it where it happened.
- Open the chat.
- Select Add feedback to train Pluno on this chat.
- Explain what Pluno should learn, for example "The export is under Reports, not Settings."
The whole conversation and Pluno's actions are included automatically, so you only describe the correction. This uses credits.
Follow your usage#
Open Analytics. The page shows your credits.
- Credits shows how much of the current period's credits you have used, what remains, and when the period resets.
- Usage over time charts daily credit use. The default is the last 30 days.
Credits#
The Product Agent runs on credits. Each response uses credits according to the work it takes, so a multi-step task costs more than a short answer. Training runs use credits as well.
Get a plan#
The Pluno team sets up a monthly plan with the credits you need. Contact the team to arrange one. Your credits renew each billing period.
When credits run out#
The Product Agent pauses. Users who open it see a message that the credit limit has been reached and to ask an admin. Nothing is charged beyond your credits.
Admins get an email at 80% and at 100% of the credits.
Members#
Open Members to invite teammates and set their roles. Members are shared with the rest of your Pluno workspace. The Product Agent pages need the Admin role. See Members and roles.
