Pluno for HubSpot
Pluno works inside the HubSpot help desk. It resolves tickets, drafts replies for your agents, escalates to engineering, and is set up with the Pluno team.
Pluno works inside HubSpot. It learns from your past tickets and knowledge base articles, answers tickets on its own, and helps your agents with the rest, all inside the HubSpot help desk your team already uses.
What Pluno does in HubSpot#
- Resolves tickets on its own. Pluno replies when your knowledge gives it a complete answer, and hands the rest to your team with a summary of what it found.
- Drafts replies for your agents. Agents get a suggested reply with the sources behind it, so they answer faster and more consistently.
- Escalates issues to engineering. Bugs go to the places your engineering and product teams work, such as Slack or Jira, with the full context, and updates come back to the ticket.
- Tags tickets. Pluno fills ticket properties so routing and reporting stay accurate.
- Reviews every conversation for quality against your own criteria.
Your pipelines, properties and reports stay in HubSpot.
How setup works#
The Pluno team sets up HubSpot with you on your onboarding call: connecting your HubSpot account, importing your past tickets, and setting up the modules you want to start with.
You will need a HubSpot user who can connect apps to your account.
Book a call with the Pluno team, or email us.
Try it first#
The Pluno team can run a free simulation on your 50 most recent tickets and show you, side by side, how Pluno would have answered each one. Nothing is deployed. Ask for one when you get in touch.
