Why we built Pluno
Pluno was born from a simple idea: make customer support smarter, more efficient, and less frustrating for teams managing inquiries at scale. What started as a prototype called AwesomeQA - created to tackle repetitive questions - has evolved into a powerful platform transforming how modern SaaS businesses handle support.
Today, Pluno does more than just deflect routine inquiries. It streamlines escalation processes, automates workflows, and fosters seamless collaboration between teams, all while ensuring exceptional customer interactions. From startups to enterprises, we empower businesses worldwide to work smarter, resolve issues faster, and keep customers happier.
From our humble beginnings to becoming a trusted partner for customer success, our mission remains clear: to build tools that make your work easier and your customers’ experiences better.
Pluno was born out of a desire to solve real, impactful problems for growing businesses. In 2021, Alex and Korbi, two AI engineers with experience in B2B SaaS startups, made the bold decision to leave their roles and focus entirely on tackling challenges that demanded smarter solutions.
During their journey, they discovered a recurring issue faced by many teams: managing customer inquiries at scale was inefficient, time-consuming, and often frustrating. Determined to address this, they developed a simple prototype, known at the time as AwesomeQA.
The feedback from early users became the foundation of something much bigger. AwesomeQA has since evolved into what is now known as Pluno—a platform designed not only to deflect repetitive inquiries but also to streamline the entire escalation support process for modern SaaS businesses. By automating workflows, enabling seamless customer interactions, and supporting collaboration, Pluno empowers teams to work smarter and serve customers better.
From humble beginnings to helping businesses worldwide, our mission remains the same: to create tools that make your work easier and your customers happier.
