The base fee is a flat monthly charge that scales with your total monthly support ticket volume across all channels. It gives you access to the full Pluno platform covering a broad set of unlimited AI capabilities, training material, as well as continuous knowledge base management.
An investigation is one end-to-end root-cause analysis the Troubleshooting Agent runs for a single issue. Each investigation consumes credits, with a typical investigation using around 80 credits depending on how many systems it checks (codebase, logs, session recordings, databases, and other tools) and how deep it has to go.
Your plan includes a fixed monthly bucket of credits that resets each cycle, and you can switch credit tiers at any time as your volume changes. The estimates shown on each tier (for example, 4,000 credits is roughly 50 investigations) are based on that average and will vary with investigation complexity.
Yes. You can cancel anytime — your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll keep full access until then. No further charges will apply.
A resolution is a ticket Pluno resolves without a human getting involved. Escalations are never counted, so you never pay for partial work. A ticket is marked resolved 72 hours after Pluno's last reply if there is no further response from the customer.
Every AI-resolved ticket is tagged in your helpdesk, so you can filter on the tag directly there or view the same set through the Pluno dashboard. You can also request an export of all AI-resolved ticket IDs for any billing period from our team.
