The challenge

How were you managing your user questions before?

Previously, we would simply do our best to remain present and available for users to answer any questions.

What challenges did you face when it came to engaging and supporting your audience in the past?

We’re all human and we cannot be present 24/7 to accommodate everyone's timezones. As a result, there would be periods over the night where users wouldn’t be able to get the answers they need. This can present both an inconvenience and a security issue since scammers may take this time to strike.

Solution

How long did it take you to get started with Pluno?

Getting started was pretty smooth. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pluno team members directly and guiding us on how to set up Pluno and some other helpful tips along the way.

How did adding Pluno help solve those problems with your users?

Pluno allows users to get the answers they need quickly, especially when we’re not able to be present.

How was Pluno better than other tools you had tried before?

Pluno was our first AI-powered user support tool as it had been suggested by one of our colleagues. We gave it a shot, tinkered with it, and fed it content like GitHub repositories and docs.

How much time are you saving now?

We’ve probably saved hours weekly as a result since we have peace of mind that there is a bot present able to answer many user questions and we don’t have to constantly context switch to Discord and back.

How much money are you saving now?

Unknown, but it helps us keep our team smaller.

Pluno answers users pretty fast and pulls responses from various sources. Though it is not always correct, Pluno makes it easy to rate its responses and train it differently.

What would you say to people who are afraid to use a support automation tool because they worry their users won't like it?

Using tools like Pluno requires fine-tuning, but once you’ve gotten it dialed in can be a big boost to your support stack.

How has been your overall experience with Pluno?

Considering everything, our experience with Pluno is positive and we’re glad to have it available in our stack.
