It was a very simple and intuitive signing on process. I particularly found it useful to index our pre-existing Docs and Medium pages.

Pluno is very intuitive/intelligent to identify the user’s questions and answer them based off its knowledge base

Very impressive, both myself (Marketing) and the co-founders have been impressed on multiple occasions on how smart Pluno can be to answer sometimes even complex DeFi questions
What would you say to people who are afraid to use a support automation tool because they worry their users won't like it?
Spend some time to pack it with as much information as possible, such as your Docs page, and toggle ‘learn from user’ on yourself/other members of your team

10/10, very impressed. If anything I wish ours pinged more often to answer even more questions!
